St. Mary's Hospital Auxiliary Pledges $350,000 to Help Build World-Class Healthcare
Rogers, AR (04/18/03) - A proposal made recently to members of
St. Mary’s Hospital’s executive board on behalf of the auxiliary marked the first major financial
contribution to the organization’s capital campaign.
Clark Ellison, Executive Director of Development, presented the proposal of a $350,000 pledge
to benefit the capital campaign. The proposal was voted on and unanimously accepted by the
auxiliary board, which will eventually decide which areas of the new medical facility should
be funded by the generous donation.
"This is our first pledge towards our $40 million campaign goal, and I can’t think of a
better group to pledge our first gift," Ellison said. "We're so thankful for the auxiliary
and their commitment to help build this world-class medical facility."
